Closed beta software

Neestor is provided as closed-beta software, made available for evaluation and early use. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice.

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Counsel review of these Terms is required before any public store release.

Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the beta. Do not share your account or attempt to access another user’s account.

Acceptable use

You may use Neestor only for lawful personal purposes consistent with these Terms and applicable product policies.

You must not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass safety, privacy, ingestion, action, or presentation controls, probe systems without authorization, or use the beta to harm others.

Intellectual property

Neestor, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Neestor or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the beta (including interpretation, scheduling, and notifications). Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Disclaimers

Neestor is a personal LifeOS assistant under active development. It may misinterpret captures, miss reminders, or produce incomplete results.

Do not rely on the beta as the sole system for critical, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation during the closed beta.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neestor and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the beta.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of fees you paid for the beta (if any) or zero for complimentary closed-beta access.

Termination

You may stop using the beta at any time by signing out and discontinuing use. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, security risk, or end of the closed-beta program.

Upon termination, your right to use the beta ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) continue to apply.

Governing law

Governing law and venue for these Terms are to be confirmed before public release. Until then, these Terms are provided for closed-beta participants on a provisional basis.
